Dan was born in Buenos Aires,
Argentina in 1960 and moved to Australia in 1975. Hence he is a native
speaker of English and Spanish. He also speaks fluent Hebrew, Italian
and Portuguese. After completing an Economics and Accounting degree
in Melbourne University with a minor in Business Law, Dan traveled
extensively overseas before becoming a CPA in Australia and worked
in public practice for over 10 years in tax accounting and consulting
for small to medium size businesses and individuals.
Dan and his family made aliyah in 1993 and Dan worked as an accountant
in a well known firm in Jerusalem. He moved with his wife, five children
and elderly mother to Ramat Beit Shemesh in 1998.

- He started a career in real estate almost ten years ago, joining
Pearl Skolnik Realty for the love of real estate in general as well
as meeting new people and the mitzvah of ensuring a successful aliyah
for new olim and helping Israelis who want to be part of this vibrant
Torah community.
In Pearl Skolnik's office, Dan was a broker as well as the sales manager
for new projects and attended numerous housing shows in Europe and North
America, thereby allowing him to fully understand the demands of North
American and European Olim. He is fully devoted to his work, applies
a high ethical standard to his profession and attends regular seminars
to update his knowledge in real estate issues.

- Yitzchak Buyanovsky was born in Buenos Aires,
Argentina.
He graduated with a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the
National University of Technology of Buenos Aires. He also studied in
the Rabbinical School of Morristown (Chabad) in the United States and
the Sephardic Center in Jerusalem, Israel.
He has worked in production, product development and logistics as well
as quality control in various companies both in Argentina and in Israel.
Yitzchak made Aliyah with his wife Leah and their children in April
of 2000. After a few months in Jerusalem, he made his home in Ramat
Bet Shemesh.
He enjoys the challenge of assisting new Olim in finding an appropriate
home and finds building up the RBS community with new Olim, a very meaningful
vocation.

- Sarit Schonberg hails from
Toronto, Canada and has been living in Israel since 1997.
She qualified with a B.A. in Education from Seneca College and studied
at Neve Yerushalayim (institute of Judaic Studies) and while she was
a student there, met her husband Zev.
After living in Yerushalayim for several years, they made "Aliyah"
to RBS in August 2006.
Sarit is a real "people's person" and applies lots of patience
and dedication to her clients.
She also has a natural talent for interior design which enables her
to help her clients visualize how a home would look after renovations,
construction or furniture.
Furthermore, Sarit is very well versed with the various schools and
communities in the neighborhood and can provide clients with invaluable
insight in these important areas.

- David Vital was born in France 43 years ago,
after graduatring from high school in Paris he decided to study in theYeshiva
Gdola and Kollel of Bazel,Switzerland for a number of years.In order
to make a living he decided to study electronics but realized that he
was cut out to be in the marketing world serving people rather than
being surrounded by wires and circuits.He moved to Israel with his wife
many years ago and managed a stationery retail business in Kyriat Sefer,
David then moved back to France to finally return back to Israel a year
ago with his wife and seven children.He saw the potential of serving
the French Olim who want to make their new home in Bet Shemesh and joined
Nadlan Town as a result.Needless to say, he is fluent in French and
Hebrew.
